Hiring Bonus of $7,000 Dollars for Certified Police Officer

 ($1,500 paid on first paycheck, $1,500 paid around 6-month anniversary paycheck, $2,000 paid around 1 year anniversary paycheck, $2,000 paid around 2-year anniversary, must sign contract with commitment to receive bonus payments)

Starting Salary with Holiday Pay-$59,011 Annually

Starting Salary with Holiday Pay-$61,837 Annually with 1-10 years prior experience

Starting Salary with Holiday Pay-$63,597 Annually with 10+ years prior experience

Officers are members of the F.O.P Union (Fraternal Order of Police)

Requirements:

21 years of age. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Live within 30 miles radius after 1 year of appointment. Must have a valid driver’s license in Illinois or state of current residence. Must be eligible to carry a firearm under all state and federal laws.Must pass background check. Required to pass a written test, perform physical agility testing, complete long from application, oral interview, medical examination, polygraph, and pass a psychological assessment, before any official job offer.
